SUMMARY:AGC Edge: AI for Construction Project Management
DESCRIPTION:About the Course\n\nAI for Construction Project Management is a hands-on\, facilitator-led workshop designed specifically for construction project managers who want to use artificial intelligence to support communication\, coordination\, and documentation across their projects.\n\n\n\nThis two-part\, live-virtual workshop focuses on applying AI to everyday project management workflows where administrative load and information complexity are highest. Participants learn how AI can assist with meeting summaries\, stakeholder communication\, action tracking\, and project documentation\, while keeping the project manager in control of decisions and outcomes.\n\n\n\nThrough guided practice and structured breakouts\, attendees generate practical PM artifacts during the session\, not after. The second session expands into more advanced applications\, including change order support\, look-ahead planning\, and the development of project management AI assistants and automation concepts.\n\n\n\nBy the end of the workshop\, participants will have reusable workflows and tools they can continue refining to help manage complexity\, improve clarity\, and reduce administrative burden on live projects.\n\n\n\nWorkshop Outcomes\n\n\n	Apply AI to common construction project management workflows\n	Use AI to support meeting summaries\, action tracking\, and stakeholder communication\n	Improve consistency and clarity in project documentation\n	Explore AI-supported approaches to change order review and look-ahead planning\n	Generate usable PM artifacts during the workshop\n	Begin building project management AI assistants and automation concepts\n	Leave with reusable workflows and tools they can apply immediately\n\nWho Should Attend: This workshop is designed for construction project managers\, assistant project managers\, and project team members responsible for coordination\, communication\, and documentation.
