As part of his practice\, Drew also regularly conducts OSHA site inspections and compliance audits\, and handles OSHA complaints\, investigations\, and administrative law actions.\n\n \n\nDrew's work primarily involves litigation and counseling on federal and state labor and employment issues\, including discrimination\, sexual harassment\, leaves of absence\, workplace health and safety\, employment handbooks and contracts\, and collective bargaining agreements. Drew regularly reviews employment handbooks and personnel policies\, and drafts employment agreements and noncompetition agreements.\n\n \n\nIn addition\, Drew regularly counsels employers regarding all aspects of environmental health and safety. Drew has conducted numerous OSHA site inspections and compliance audits\, has handled numerous OSHA investigations\, complaints and administrative law actions\, and regularly counsels clients on OSHA issues ranging from routine compliance workplace injuries to fatalities.\n\n \n\nBefore joining the firm\, Drew was a Judicial Law Clerk at the Norfolk County Probate and Family Court. During law school\, he also handled family law and disability law cases as a student attorney at both the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau and Shelter Legal Services. His experience included arguing motions for temporary restraining orders\, negotiating divorce\, custody\, and visitation agreements\, and drafting and arguing appeals for social security disability benefits.\n\n \n\nAs an undergraduate at Bates College\, he was a member of both the men's rugby and lacrosse teams.\n\n\n\nDelaney Busch\n\nDelaney's work primarily involves litigation and counseling on federal and state employment matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies against individual and class action claims of discrimination\, sexual misconduct\, harassment\, and wage and hour violations. Her clients have included Fortune 500 companies\, insurance companies\, prominent medical providers\, manufacturers\, and luxury fitness facilities.\n\n\n\nIn addition\, in her practice Delaney advises and collaborates with clients to ensure their compliance with anti-harassment and wage/hour regulations by working with them to develop relevant employee policies\, training programs\, handbooks\, and agreements.\n\n\n\nPrior to joining the firm\, Delaney was senior counsel for a national law firm. In this role\, Delaney worked on a wide range of litigation matters in the areas of insurance defense\, employment\, and product liability law\, including claims against manufacturers of complex commercial machinery. She also provided representation in complex personal injury and property suits involving catastrophic injuries\, losses\, and environmental contamination.\n\n\n\nDuring law school at Suffolk University\, she served as managing editor and as a staff member for the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law.
