The relationships with subcontractors and regional business leaders\, forged by Bud\, provided a firm footing on which Fran and Jim began their leadership of the company. Fran and Jim learned the importance of having a great team of craftsmen and subcontractors to ensure the ultimate success of each and every project. They placed the same level of emphasis on taking care of employees and subcontractors as they do taking care of clients. It is this family and team approach that is the most significant differentiator of their company from others.
