She manages all procurement and contract administration including designer selection\, contract negotiation\, award for all professional and construction management services. In addition\, she is also responsible for project control functions and the Program/Project Controls Group that tracks all project financials\, schedules and documents within a computerized management information system and the Facilities Customer Service Center\, a 24/7 operation coordinating response to over 70\,000 work order annually.\n\n \n\nPrior to joining Northeastern in 2012\, Catherine was the Deputy Director of Capital Programs and Environmental Affairs at the Massachusetts Port Authority where she oversaw a $4B Capital Program.
