\nWith over 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry\, Kristi has a diverse background in the master planning and development of mixed-use\, residential\, retail\, and entertainment facilities\, as well as academic and medical buildings for both private and public clients. As the leader of Redgate&rsquo\;s Institutional Services practice\, Kristi advises colleges\, universities\, civic and cultural institutions\, and healthcare organizations on developing strategic real estate plans aligned with their vision\, programmatic goals\, asset use optimization\, and financial parameters. She manages a client account portfolio with an annual construction value ranging from $500 million to $1 billion. Her work on academic campuses includes projects at Boston University\, Bunker Hill Community College\, Dartmouth College\, Harvard University\, and UMass Boston.

\nKristi recently served as President of the Professional Women in Construction Boston Chapter. She has also been honored with the 2024 Connect CRE&rsquo\;s Women in Real Estate award and the 2022 Women in Commercial Real Estate award by the New England Real Estate Journal.
