SUMMARY:EBC 15th Annual Construction and Demolition Materials Management Regional Summit
DESCRIPTION:The EBC 15th Annual Construction and Demolition (C&D) Materials Management Summit continues to be the primary industry forum that explores the state of the C&D industry in New England. C&D materials management continues to be an important and much discussed topic\, not just regionally here in New England\, but also at the national and global levels.\n\n\n\nThe year 2020 presented a unique set of challenges to the C&D industry. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic required adaptation to rapidly changing business and economic circumstances. The Summit will provide attendees an opportunity to hear from industry leaders as they reflect on the impacts from COVID\, the economic downturn\, and changes in the C&D market. As we turn the corner into 2021 the Summit will look to the many challenges and opportunities ahead for the industry. The Summit will place a focus on the economic outlook for the region\, industry trends\, and the implications from solid waste master planning activities.\n\n\n\nThe opening presentation this year will be Federal Reserve Bank of Boston's Jeffrey P. Thompson\, Director\, Senior Economist and Policy Advisor for the New England Public Policy Center. Mr. Thompson will reflect on the economic environment of New England and its current and potential impact of the C&D industry.\n\n\n\nAttend and participate in this annual C&D Summit and gain insight into the regional and national developments affecting your business. Learn more about the opportunities and barriers in certain C&D markets and discuss the challenges of the industry with your colleagues.\n\n\n\nWho should attend: Construction Contractors\, Demolition Contractors\, Industry Consultants\, Public and Private Project Owners\, Solid Waste Processors\, Haulers and Recyclers\, and Municipal and State Officials.\n\n\n\nGeneral Continuing Education Certificates are awarded by the EBC for this program (3.0 training contact hours). Certificates are automatically provided via email link for registered attendees at the conclusion of the webinar.\n\n\n\nRegister Here!
