With a pulse on career alignment\, project management (a.k.a getting s*** done)\, and an unwavering commitment to helping others succeed\, she's helped transform construction companies into award-winning training organizations\, pioneered top tier learning cultures\, and remarkably reduced client turnover rates.\n\nIn this 2- hour session\, Krysta will guide you to understanding your DISC profile and recognizing how the profile of others can help you effectively lead and motivate those with different styles. Please join us for an exciting workshop where you learn how to uplevel any goals you have for 2024 and beyond! We create the space and guide you along as you put together a collage of pictures that represent your future self! Don't know what that looks like? Take time now to discover what you are needing and hear from others so you can be inspired. Walk away with a clearer vision and a board full of pictures that will visually guide you along your path well after this workshop. At the very least\, this is a fun night out with like-minded peers!\n\nMaterials to bring:\n\n	old magazines or a vision board book from Amazon as an option\n	pictures (maybe even one of you if you want to include it on your board\n	any markers\, crayons\n	pair of scissors\n\n We will provide: Boards and glue/tape\n\n \n\nSpace is very limited\, all are welcome!
