The Confidence Gap: understanding and eradicating the divide
Have you ever been unsure about your skills and abilities, perhaps passed on an opportunity to advance in your career, allowed your voice to be silenced in a meeting? If you’ve asked yourself why men think they are so great, when women worry and work, it may be a question of confidence. While it isn’t something you can simply decide to have, it is something you can build by taking action. Join us for this lunch time discussion, and leave with tested tips for feeling self assured. Confidence may just be more important than competence.
BWiC’s mission is to focused to : “Building a network to support and empower women in the construction industry to be confident and successful professionals using practical tools and advice to help further themselves both personally and professionally.” We look forward to seeing you there!
Lunch will be provided. If you have any food restrictions please email Lisa Frisbie at frisbie@agcmass.org
