Discover how to craft and deliver your message with clarity and empathy, incorporate the right questions and utilize active listening techniques to drive positive workplace outcomes.
Training Outcomes
- How to structure difficult conversations to ensure positive outcomes
- How to establish mutual purpose, trust, empathy and work towards a common goal
- How to incorporate specific active listening tactics, such as mirroring and labelling
- How to manage difficult conversations through effective interpersonal communication skills
This session will be led by Pinnacle Consulting as a follow on to the ELDS Effective Communication seminar.
