Co-sponsored by the AGC's BWiC and HR Committees this program will provide real-world scenarios that have occurred in the field or office and will attempt to give attendees the tools to promote more positive outcomes.
The program welcomes panelists, Kathy Freitas, Director of People Strategies, BOND Joe Maressa, Vice President, Fitzgerald, Stevens & Ford and Brendan Lowd, Associate Attorney, Mintz, Levin. Each panelist will offer their individual expertise on the scenarios from an organizational standpoint and give insight into what might have been said to deescalate the situation while not being accused of "running to HR." Context will also be provided as to what legal ramifications to the individual and organization might be.
If you have a challenging situation you have experienced and would like the panel to offer their expertise please submit it here anonymously.
