Co-op education is a three-way partnership between a university, an employer, and a student. This panel program will offer insights on what makes a co-op successful from the various perspectives of the higher ed institutes, the hiring firm, and the student. Attendees will understand the process of establishing and implementing a successful co-op program, the internal resources required and the expectations and goals from all participants.
