Overview of Employment Law - PFML (Paid Family Medical Leave)
Presented by Christina Lewis, Hinckley Allen
Christina is the Vice Chair of the Litigation Practice Group, as well as Practice Group Leader for the firm's Labor & Employment Group. Christina has significant hands-on experience with many of the most difficult issues facing employers today - including class action wage and hour cases, non-compete/non-solicitation and trade secret litigation, FMLA and ADA, unfair labor practices, and affirmative action, among others.
Christina is the Vice Chair of the Litigation Practice Group, as well as Practice Group Leader for the firm's Labor & Employment Group. Christina has significant hands-on experience with many of the most difficult issues facing employers today - including class action wage and hour cases, non-compete/non-solicitation and trade secret litigation, FMLA and ADA, unfair labor practices, and affirmative action, among others.Christina also conducts seminars and training programs on a variety of employment topics, including discrimination prevention, and is a certified trainer in both fair employment practices and sexual harassment prevention by the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).
