At our Annual AGC MA Safety Awards, we will celebrate the recipients of the prestigious 2025 National AGC Safety Awards (NASA), AGC MA Safety Merit Awards, AGC MA Safety Excellence Awards, and the Clifford E. Simmons Award—honoring organizations and individuals who have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to protecting their workforce and advancing safety culture.

Justin is a battle-tested leader and national advocate for America’s workforce, dedicated to elevating trade professionals and protecting those who build this nation. With over 30 years of front-line leadership in Safety, Risk Management, and Organizational Culture, he’s earned a reputation for operational precision, unshakable integrity, and results that last.
From the field to the boardroom, Justin has led powerhouse companies including Kiewit Power, Cannistraro, and Milwaukee Tool, transforming safety culture, driving performance, and inspiring accountability at every level.
Known for his no-nonsense, mission-driven approach, he blends strategic insight with real-world grit - proving that authenticity and courage are the true marks of leadership. His “Do What’s Right” philosophy has driven record-breaking safety results and built cultures grounded in trust, discipline, and brotherhood.
Today, Justin leads Mindset Readiness and Peer-to-Peer Leadership Groups focused on Psychological Safety, Mental Health, and Leadership Behavior, challenging leaders to go beyond compliance and lead with courage, empathy, and conviction.

The Superintendent of the Year – Safety Alignment Award, presented annually by the Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGC MA), aims to recognize and celebrate the role of superintendents in fostering jobsite and industry safety culture. This award honors superintendents who prioritize safety, demonstrate exceptional leadership, and consistently implement best practices to ensure the well-being of workers on construction sites across Massachusetts.
