Wic Week Mat Pilates with Powher by Stef

Join wwire boston and your fellow female cre/aec industry partners for a fun evening of movement and networking celebrating women in construction week! we are so excited to partner with powher by stef, a women-owned, boutique fitness studio that offers empowering, fun, and safe barre, pilates, kick, and sculpt classes for all women. powher encourages you to celebrate exactly where you are.
Owner and Founder, Stefanie Meninno will be guiding you through her signature Mat class, a pilates based class that challenges you to move your body in unique ways, practicing low-impact compound movements to lengthen and tone your muscles. This class is beat-driven, meaning you’re moving to the beat of the music, fast and slow, allowing us to connect deeper to the muscles working.
 
*Please bring a yoga mat and sneakers for the workout!*
