Building Advancement Externship Application
The AGC MA Workforce Development Task Force is seeking to counter misperceptions and eliminate barriers to entry into the commercial construction industry. The Building Advancement Externship (BAE) offers a unique professional development opportunity connecting your school to the industry. This program will provide experiential learning led by sophisticated commercial construction professionals. By taking part in the AGC MA Building Advancement Externship, you will learn:

- Core competencies for different construction careers
- Vocational and educational pathways into the commercial construction industry
Following the program you will have targeted engagement opportunities for your students to learn more about the skills and training needed to succeed in various roles throughout the commercial construction industry.
Qualified applicants may include high school educators, school counselors, co-operative education coordinators, principals, superintendents, and administrators. AGC MA strongly encourages women, people of color, and LGBTQ+ individuals to apply. Applicants must have transportation available for travel to programs.
