CLC Nomination Form 2025
What is the CLC?
The CLC serves as a collaborative network for the next generation of leaders at AGC MA member firms. Through participation, nominees will develop valuable industry relationships, learn the importance of collaboration, and build leadership skills to drive your company—and the industry—forward.
Key Nomination Criteria:
- Employees of AGC MA member firms with 4-8 years of experience
- Identified as high-potential individuals with growth opportunities
- Self-motivated professionals approved for participation in AGC activities
- Willing to commit to attending CLC programs, including:
- 6 CLC meetings, 5 CLC events, and 1 AGC program annually
- We encourage diverse nominees to foster inclusivity and innovation across the CLC network.
How It Works:
1.) Nomination: One individual per company, nominated by a leader/supervisor.
2.) Approval: Nominees must be approved by the CLC Officers.
3.) Transferrable: Membership may be transferred within a company upon CLC Officer approval.
