We are pleased to invite AGC Members to the first 2019 meeting of the AGC Risk Forum.  The purpose of the Forum is to bring together senior construction executives (general counsel, risk managers, and senior management) who assist AGC MA members in managing risks and liabilities.

2. AGC MA Legislative Update
With the new legislative session upon us, AGC MA lobbyist Patrick Huntington will lead a discussion on the legislation AGC MA has offered and legislation that is adverse or impactful to AGC MA members filed by others.

3. Organizational Costs of Opioids and Substance Use Disorder
AGC MA and its members have been working with the Grayken Center For Addiction at the Boston Medical Center on a host of issues related to opioid addiction in the construction industry.  Shawmut is an industry leader in combating opioids through its safety program and H.R. processes. Doug Lareau will speak to some of these issues from a wholistic organizational standpoint.
