Description
Join us as for our Conversations With program featuring Jonathan Randall, SVP of Construction, Boston Properties.

The Boston Construction Department consists of 15 members, who manage an average annual volume of over $300M. He is involved in the design, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery of all projects in the existing assets, development pipeline and acquisitions. During his career at Boston Properties he’s been responsible for the successful delivery of 40+ base buildings, totaling over 10MSF of space with a construction value in excess of $3B, including office, residential, retail and laboratory uses. He also consistently constructs and delivers over 1MSF of tenant interior space on an annual basis in the existing portfolio of assets.
He is currently completing the Hub On Causeway at North Station, which consists of a 440 unit, 45 story residential tower, 272 room hotel for Citizen M, 500 car below grade parking garage, and a 31 story office component that is being constructed in a phased approach.
Recent past projects include 145 Broadway in Cambridge, a 500,000 square foot office building with a 5 story below grade parking garage, 10&20 Citypoint in Waltham, a 425,000 square foot office building complex with a 1,400 car parking garage and 88 Ames St in Cambridge MA, a 22 story, 280 unit residential building in Kendall Square.
Prior to his employment at Boston Properties, Mr. Randall was employed at Turner Construction Company for eight years where he started as a field engineer, and then held positions in project site management and estimating. Mr. Randall has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and he holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University and an MBA from Boston University.
