Description
AGC MA is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for our February Conversations With... program! We welcome Kathleen MacNeil, Principal at MDA Partners, LLC where she will share first-hand insight on what will be Boston's tallest condo and office tower. The 691 foot, 1.6 million square foot building will replace the Winthrop Square Garage and is scheduled to be completed in 2022.
This members only program will be held at The Club at Millinium Tower, an exclusive meeting space with stunning views of Downtown Boston!

As principal at MDA Partners LLC, Kathy’s work primarily as real estate development manager has included several complex urban projects in Boston including the redevelopment of the Filene’s department store into a 1.4 million square foot mixed use, office, retail and luxury condominium tower rebranded, Millennium Tower/ Burnham Building. The Burnham Building houses Havas/Arnold advertising agency, Roche Brothers Supermarket, and Primark’s first U.S. retail store. The Millennium Tower is 60 stories tall and contains 442 condominiums, as well as residential amenities: a swimming pool, a first class restaurant, and other ground floor retail.
Kathy’s other projects include:
- Millennium Place, a 256-unit residential project on lower Washington Street
- Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Towers
- Restoration of the former Ritz-Carlton (now the Taj)
- 10 Saint James Office Tower
- One Charles condominiums
- Rehabilitation of 179 Lincoln Street (in Boston’s South Station area)
Kathy is a LEED Accredited Professional. She has her Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License. She received a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT Center for Real Estate and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Architectural Engineering. She serves as President of the board of directors for Historic Boston, Inc. a local preservation organization and serves as a Corporator for Wentworth Institute of Technology.
