AGC MA is pleased to host a webinar on the Latest Changes to DCAMM’s Affirmative Marketing Program.

On Thursday, February 27, the Baker-Polito Administration filed legislation, An Act to Expand Opportunities for Minority and Women Business Enterprises in Public Construction Projects and announced a series of administrative changes to promote greater participation of minority- and women-owned businesses in public construction, including small businesses. These changes will help optimize and improve the Commonwealth’s Affirmative Marketing Program (AMP), which includes goals for participation by minority-owned businesses (MBEs) and women-owned businesses (WBEs) in design and construction on state and state-funded municipal vertical construction projects.
 
Please, see the below for how we will be hosting the teleconference for this event. Our agenda will center around presenting new measures to increase access and opportunity for MBE’s and WBE’s in the construction and design industry.
