Discover how to craft and deliver your message with clarity and empathy, incorporate the right questions and utilize active listening techniques to drive positive workplace outcomes.
Who Should Attend
This masterclass is designed for professionals at all levels who want to strengthen their communication and leadership capabilities, including:
- New managers seeking practical tools to confidently handle challenging conversations.
- Young professionals preparing for future leadership roles and looking to build a strong communication foundation.
- Team leaders, supervisors, and emerging leaders responsible for guiding others and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Anyone who wants to improve their ability to deliver feedback, navigate conflict, and communicate with clarity and empathy.
Participation in this session does not require being a graduate of he ELDS program—this training is open to all AGC MA professionals interested in enhancing their communication skills.
By the end of this masterclass, participants will be able to:
- Structure difficult or high-stakes conversations to support clear, positive outcomes.
- Establish mutual purpose, trust, empathy, and alignment toward a common goal.
- Apply the Pinnacle Method to deliver clear, effective, and thoughtfully framed communication.
- Incorporate proven active listening tactics—such as mirroring, labeling, and clarifying questions—to deepen understanding and strengthen connection.
- Demonstrate enhanced clarity, confidence, and influence in interpersonal communication.
- Strengthen skills in assertiveness, active listening, and delivering meaningful, constructive feedback.
- Utilize effective interpersonal communication techniques to manage challenging situations with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
This session will be led by Pinnacle Consulting as a follow on to the ELDS Effective Communication seminar that concludes the ELDS program.
