Heather, representing Crestcom International, works with companies to develop their leaders. Most people get into a leadership position because they have done something really well. They get promoted and are now responsible for not only their own results but the results of other people. While they may know the company, the products and services offered plus the policies and procedures, in most cases they have not been trained on how to get the best results out of those people they are now responsible for. That is Heather’s and Crestcom’s focus.

Heather has been helping develop leaders in Massachusetts for over 13 years. She has worked with over 700 leaders in companies of different sizes and industries. The Crestcom process of development provides a gradual exposure to competencies critical to good leadership practices.
