Volunteer Opportunity on February 28, 2025 The Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts (AGC MA) is hosting our fourth annual Boston Pipeline Adopt-A-School Program in partnership with Boston Public Schools. This program is aimed at opening doors to rewarding STEM-based career opportunities for 4th and 5th grade students from traditionally underrepresented communities. We are looking for volunteers to work with students as they read a book about industry careers and participate in a Lego building

Future Builders Mentorship
The Future Builders Mentorship Program is an 8 week afterschool program for Junior and Senior High School students interested in pursuing careers in engineering and construction management. Once a week, students engage with industry professionals and conduct hands on activities to build understanding of industry concepts and hone soft skills critical to success. We have partnered with schools across the state including in Boston and Central Massachusetts. Mentor Volunteers lead sessions with these students

Lead A Power Skills Workshop
AGC MA hosts an 8 hour workshop teaching Power Skills (i.e. soft skills) to Associate's degree programs or college-ready students. Topics include: Personal Branding, Communications, Time Management, Teamwork, Networking, Ethics, and more. Do you have curriculum or are you willing to lead one of these 60-90 minute sessions?
