The Future Builders Mentorship Program is an 8 week afterschool program for Junior and Senior High School students interested in pursuing careers in engineering and construction management. Once a week, students engage with industry professionals and conduct hands on activities to build understanding of industry concepts and hone soft skills critical to success. We have partnered with schools across the state including in Boston and Central Massachusetts.

Mentor Volunteers lead sessions with these students at various locations from 5-7 PM. Curriculum is provided and faculty facilitators are present. Stipends are available for those who commit to participating in multiple sessions.
